* Find a General Practitioner, Pharmacy or After Hours Clinic near your area
* Make a call to the health service directly from the app
* If your GP is closed you can call the After Hours GP Helpline or a GP Home Visiting Service
* Calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and assess whether you are in the healthy range.

South Western Sydney Primary Health Network in collaboration with University of Western Sydney recognizes the working efforts of the ICT students in developing this App for the South Western Sydney region.
